1. The Service

Noor-e-Muhammadia Saifia is a free religious and educational app offering the Qur'an, prayer times, Qibla direction, Hadith, Kalimas, guidance on Namaz, Wazu and Ghusal, the Mamoolat of the Silsila, an Islamic calendar, and announcements from the Khanqah.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Copy, modify, redistribute or resell the app or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself as an administrator or as a representative of the Silsila.

4. Religious content — important notice

The Qur'anic text, Hadith and supplications in the app are provided for reading and learning. While we take care to present authentic material and cite sources, content is delivered in part through third-party services and may contain errors in text, translation or transmission.

The Service is not a substitute for qualified religious scholarship. For rulings and religious guidance, please consult a qualified scholar or your Murshid. Prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated from your device's location and sensors and are approximate — verify locally where accuracy matters.

5. Announcements and administrators

Administrators of the Silsila may publish announcements, which may include images, and may view member profile details (including name, phone, city and Murshid) for the administration of the Silsila. Financial records shown in the app relate to the organisation and are maintained by administrators.

6. Intellectual property

The app's name, logo, design and original content are the property of Silsila Saifia Sialkot. Qur'anic and Hadith texts are classical religious sources. Third-party fonts, libraries and APIs remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licences.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including Google Firebase, the Aladhan API, AlQuran Cloud and a Hadith API. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services, and their own terms may apply.

8. Availability

The Service is provided free of charge and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. Some features require an internet connection.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silsila Saifia Sialkot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Sialkot, Punjab.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
